About the role

• Champion Safety : Maintain a clean, safe lab environment and follow all safety protocols.
• Hands‑On Formulation : Prepare, apply, and test coatings to meet customer and commercial needs.
• Plan & Execute : Organize your daily/weekly lab work with guidance from senior team members.
• Analyze & Report : Record results accurately, analyze data, and make recommendations based on your findings.
• Grow your Expertise: Deepen your knowledge of coating chemistry and formulation techniques.

About you

• A postgraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field.
