Responsibilities The Validation Manager is responsible to synchronize and track all test activities in a project based on an overall test planning.
This role ensures a single test plan for the project includes the test strategy for the complete project, and maintains a project test schedule that is permanently synchronized with discipline test schedules.
The overall test process – including DV and PV – is monitored, and inconsistencies or deviations from the planning are escalated to the Project Manager.
