Position Overview
Support families in Delta, B.C. as the Punjabi Parent Support Group Coordinator with REACH. Engage with culturally diverse communities to impact the lives of neurodiverse children and youth.
In this integral outreach role, you will utilize trauma-informed and relational approaches to connect families with essential services at REACH Child and Youth Development Society. You will facilitate training, organize community events, and support parents in navigating available resources, building a supportive network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build community ties and program knowledge
• Assist families with accessing necessary services
• Facilitate educational sessions on community resources
• Coordinate online and group connections
• Provide reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human/social services
• One year of recent relevant experience
• Fluency in Punjabi and English
• Experience with multi-disciplinary approaches
