About the Role

Were hiring a Frontend Tech Lead to own and scale our React Native platform. Youll build and optimize real-time, multiplayer experiences powered by WebSockets and take full ownership of frontend architecture, performance, and reliability across Android, iOS, and Web.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture for real-time systems
• Build WebSocket-heavy flows (live games, matchmaking)
• Optimize performance, latency & UI consistency
• Handle complex edge cases and production debugging
• Mentor engineers and set frontend best practices
