About the Role

We’re seeking a Spanish-speaking Read Back Agent to help clients fully understand the immigration work completed on their behalf. You’ll serve as a trusted communicator—summarizing case progress, explaining filings, and ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout their humanitarian or asylum process.

This role is ideal for someone who communicates with clarity, empathy, and professionalism, especially when working with vulnerable populations.
