Sky Life Real Estate is looking for a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Administrator to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, managing property listings, coordinating with agents, developers, and clients, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in the Dubai real estate market.

Skills

• Manage and update property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and company CRM.
• Prepare Forms A, B, F, tenancy contracts, MOU, and other RERA documentation.
• Coordinate with developers including Emaar, Sobha, Meraas, Nakheel, Dubai Holding, DAMAC, and others.
• Process property listings, amendments, and removals.
