Our Real Estate Advisory team, part of PwC Canada’s Real Assets practice within Deals, helps public and private sector clients create, protect and unlock value across the full real‑estate and real‑asset lifecycle. We advise developers, investors, lenders, REITs, pension and sovereign funds, corporate occupiers and governments on strategy, transactions, valuations, development, financing and portfolio optimization. With deep sector expertise paired with PwC’s full spectrum of services and the latest technology, we develop practical, real‑world solutions to the industry’s most complex challenges.
