Qualifications and Experience

• 2–5 years of proven experience in the UAE real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai off‑plan, secondary and ready property markets.
• Existing network of investors, end‑users and high‑net‑worth clients is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads independently and consistently close sales.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong understanding of RERA regulations and UAE real estate processes.
• Proficient in Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
• Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Chinese, French … are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a 100% commission‑based environment.
