Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage sales contracts for real estate transactions.

  • Process listings, ensuring all relevant boards are accurately filled out.
  • Follow up with conveyancers to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Create compelling text write-ups for property listings.
  • Prepare story sheets that highlight property features and selling points.
  • Maintain organised records and documentation related to all transactions and listings.

Qualifications

  • Degree completed in accounting, business, commerce, entrepreneurship, finance or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred
