Responsibilities

1. Clinic Expansion & Real Estate Development

• Conduct market research to identify high‑potential sites across Europe.
• Benchmark competitors and analyze accessibility and patient potential.
• Manage relationships with landlords, brokers, and real estate agents.
• Negotiate leases and ensure contracts are legally validated.
• Oversee the full clinic opening process.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and external partners.
• Secure all required administrative authorizations.
• Coordinate the legal creation of dental associations.
