Responsibilities

Tasks will include:

• Support the day‑to‑day asset management of residential development projects throughout their full lifecycle.
  
• Work closely with the different teams involved in each project, including commercial, marketing, technical and legal areas.
  
• Participate in project review and decision‑making processes, helping assess the impact of key strategic, technical and commercial decisions on the Business Plan.
  
• Prepare Business Plan models in Excel and manage them.
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and/or ad‑hoc reporting to investors (The position requires advanced PowerPoint skills and sound presentation abilities).
