Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage Power of Sale proceedings, including preparing Notices of Sale, overseeing mortgaged properties, and coordinating property sales.
• Provide strategic legal advice to financial institution clients on real estate and secured lending matters.
• Maintain a high standard of client service while managing files efficiently and proactively.
• Handle commercial mortgage transactions.

Qualifications
