Description

Areas of responsibility and tasks include but are not limited to:

• Ensure service delivery as per DNVs policies and guidelines.
• Having a lead role in managing updating and maintaining real estate digital database (Portfolio Optimizer & Sequentra)
• Organize coordinate and ensure all activities to support Business Areas by providing appropriate and cost effective office spaces
• Implement DNVs global office standards in MEA offices
• Asset Management
• Business and management system reviews
• Manage all DNVs offices cost centers in MEA
• Supporting REM function in preparing annual real estate budgets
• Evaluate risks and develop plans based on the global delivery model strategy to ensure optimal services and results.
