About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Managers and Salespersons.
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to maximize productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate industry regulations.
