Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads from property owners and buyers.
• Conduct property visits and evaluate residential properties.
• Explain Ivy Homes' property buying and selling model to customers.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, brokers, and buyers.
• Negotiate property prices and facilitate deal closures.
• Coordinate documentation, registration, and transaction processes.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
