Organization and monitoring of all affairs concerned to the position.
Responsibilities
- Manages all aspects of procurement of goods and services for the hotel.
- Works with key internal and external contacts to efficiently utilize high quality materials that best achieve value for money not exceeding the hotels budget.
- To work in subordination of purchasing chief
- To control the goods received from suppliers (quality price accordance to the contract)
- To inform storekeeper if the delivered goods do not match the standards and the contract
- To organize the schedule (day and time) for goods receiving with storekeeper
- The goods should be taken by a person in charge from a department to which the goods have been delivered.
- Purchasing order form should be attached to the invoice; make necessary operation according to the goods receiving procedure.
