The incumbent ensures the accuracy of parts, documents, and computer entries to support production and delivery operations.

Main Responsibilities

Receiving and Shipping

• Scan the serial numbers of received and shipped parts
• Verify the conformity of parts against delivery slips
• Inspect received merchandise (quantity, condition) and report any discrepancies or damage
• Ship items via carrier or courier service
• Complete and prepare the required customs documents
• Ensure the accuracy of Shipping
