Qualification details: Matric (Grade 12) Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Operations Management, or related field Experience 58 years' warehouse experience Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role FMCG, food manufacturing, cold chain, or distribution experience Experience managing high-value inventory and inventory control systems Candidate Essentials Skills & Competencies: Strong warehouse and inventory management capability Leadership and team development skills Excellent planning, organising, and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, stock control, and traceability requirements Food safety and health & safety awareness Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
