Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving and issuing supplies – food, beverage, paper supplies, guest amenities, chemicals, staff supplies, guest supplies, printing and stationery, VIP gifts, and operating equipment.
• Storage and inventory control of stored supplies.
• Ensure compliance with the Purchasing Policy to achieve quality, price, service delivery, safety standards, environmental impact and commercial/technical requirements.
• Ensure goods from suppliers are delivered under HACCP conditions, as per purchase order and maximum security always applies.
• Control costs and maximize hotel profitability.
• Comply with internal control questionnaire policies and procedures (ICQ)....
