Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Receiving Clerk (Temp) to join our Cold Chain division and play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely intake data management.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for accurately capturing and verifying harvest intake data from orchard operations in real-time. Your work will directly support operational efficiency and decision-making in a high-pressure cold-chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately capture all harvest intake records (picking slips) onto the Device Magic tablet in real time
• Count, record, and verify fruit received against supporting documentation
• Identify and report discrepancies promptly to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain organised, accurate, and traceable records for auditing and query resolution
