**Receiving Associate**

**Pay Rate: $18 hour**
**Working Hours - 7AM -5PM**

**Position Summary**

The Receiving Associate is responsible for ensuring all incoming materials and products are accurately received, inspected, unloaded, and stored in the appropriate warehouse locations. This role supports inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and timely communication with the purchasing team regarding shipment discrepancies.

**Essential Responsibilities**

+ Receive and unload incoming materials from trucks and delivery vehicles.
+ Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
+ Inspect incoming products for damage and report discrepancies.
+ Place materials in designated warehouse storage locations.
+ Notify supervisors and purchasing personnel of missing, damaged, or over-shipped items.
