The Receiving Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that all incoming materials meet the standards. This is a hands-on, detail-driven position for someone who takes pride in getting it right the first time. You’ll serve as a key checkpoint between procurement and production, verifying that what we receive aligns with what we ordered, what was certified, and what will ultimately be built. Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming materials, components, and fabricated items for compliance with purchase orders, drawings, and specifications Verify quantities, dimensions, heat numbers, and material certifications (MTRs) Document inspection results clearly and accurately in company systems Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Quality teams on discrepancies or non-conforming materials Initiate and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and support resolution efforts Maintai...
