Position Overview

  • Deal with client enquiries and manage bookings, by phone or email
  • Have to perform check in, check out duties and receive payments from guests
  • Provide excellent guest services by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs proactively, effectively, promptly and courteously
  • Upsell and try to maximize revenue for the hotel
  • Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times
  • Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments

    • Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Have a bachelor in Business Tourism / Hospitality Management
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in 4-star hotels in similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of a third language (French) will be considered an asset
  • Computer literacy (Windows Word, Excel, Internet)
  • Previous experience with PMS systems
