As a Receptionist, you will welcome members and provide a premium experience by managing their queries and bookings both face‑to‑face and by telephone, and keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presented to brand standards.

• Welcome members and staff at the front desk.

• Manage member queries and booking requests in person and over the phone.
