Fugro Malaysia Marine is seeking an experienced Receptionist and Admin Support to join our dynamic team in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. This full‑time role will play a key part in the overall company operations and strategy of our growing organisation.
Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome and assist visitors and guests at the main reception, both in person and over the telephone.
- Maintain all aspects of office stationery supplies and coordinate couriers, both local and international.
- Arrange various office meetings/events, ensuring smooth and on‑time delivery, and refill kitchen consumables, keep kitchens tidy and maintain meeting rooms.
- Conduct inductions for visitors, manage building access passes and liaise with building management.
