We are seeking Reception Managers for various venues at Atlantis The Palm. The role involves delivering five-star customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests, building strong relationships, and acting as a sales ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star customer service by meeting guests with a smile and creating an amazing experience.
• Build strong relationships with guests staying in the hotel, suites, local residents, and regulars.
• Act as a sales ambassador, encouraging repeat business and capturing new customers.
• Communicate special requests and needs of guests to restaurant management.
• Contribute to delivering luxury and personalized service across all venues.
• Maintain and manage the guest database in collaboration with PR and marketing teams.
• Support promotion of special events, initiatives, and promotions to the market.
