**About the role**

As a Reception Supply Teacher, you will support early years education by delivering high-quality care and engaging, play-based learning in the absence of the regular teacher. You will quickly build positive relationships with children, helping them feel safe and ready to learn, while adapting confidently to different classroom environments. Responsibilities include supporting social, emotional, and developmental needs in line with the EYFS framework, encouraging early communication skills, maintaining a nurturing and stimulating environment, and managing behaviour in a gentle, supportive manner to ensure children’s wellbeing and safety.
