Pay: $19/hr
Schedule:

+ Monday: 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM

+ Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

+ Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

+ Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

+ Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Location: Free parking available; no Metro access
Environment: Work alongside 3 doctors and clinical staff; one of two front desk personnel. Reliability is essential.
Job Description

+ Front Desk Operations — Check patients in and out, complete patient registration, schedule follow‑up appointments, and manage daily front desk workflow.

+ Patient Support — Provide general customer service, assist patients with needs, and maintain a welcoming environment.

+ Phone & Communication — Answer incoming calls, assist patients with questions, and route calls as needed.

+ EMR Documentation — Document doctor notes and update patient files in the EMR system.
