Job Scope:
. Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work and managing correspondences to stakeholders.
. Support in matters related to finance (e.g. processing invoices) and/or procurement (e.g. coordinating the purchase of food and supplies).
. Handle telephone calls/emails and inquiries from stakeholders.
Requirements:
. Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
. Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders.
. Ability to multitask with good time management.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
. Experience in customer service or front desk-related operations.
