Position Overview
Description We are looking for an experienced Receptionist 4 to support daily front desk and administrative operations in Sunnyvale, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who brings relevant experience, strong organizational ability, and a customer-focused approach to every interaction. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for visitors, assist with office coordination, and help keep administrative processes running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
β’ Welcome guests in a courteous manner, respond to inquiries, and guide visitors to the appropriate person or meeting space.
β’ Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, including courier shipments and package distribution.
β’ Maintain accurate visitor records, manage badge or pass issuance, and support front desk security procedures.
