Responsible for general office administration duties and reception duties, including handle payment requisition and expense claim, arrange air-ticket reservation and business travel expense claim, office maintenance, repairs, renovation, handle memos from Property Management, document filing, greeting incoming visitors and handling external and internal incoming calls;
Responsible for procurement of office supplies;
Liaise with external service providers;
Maintain fixed asset register and conduct stock take on regular basis.
Assist in preparing the annual budget for Office Administration Team;
Handle ad hoc administrative duties.
