As the face of the residence, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of reception: welcoming residents and visitors, handling queries and complaints, supporting check-ins and check-outs, coordinating with other departments, and helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for students, residents, and guests, delivering a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience at all times. Manage reception operations, including queries, complaints, check-ins, check-outs, room readiness, payments, welcome documentation, and student
