Position Overview
Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the face of the company, providing a professional first impression.
Welcome and assist clients and visitors.
Capture visitors and customers on the company system.
Manage access to safety deposit boxes.
Verify biometrics and grant or deny access accordingly.
Assist new customers with completing application forms and onboarding.
Perform general reception and front-office administration.
Work on the accounting and debtors system (front-end administration only).
Liaise with the accountant and provide administrative support where required.
Handle confidential information with absolute integrity and discretion.
Cross-functional administrative support across various departments.
Understand and work with figures and basic accounting processes.
Use Sage (training can be provided if necessary).
Perform general administrative duties as required.
