Main duties

As the first point of contact within the home, you will provide professional, high‑quality customer service and a range of administrative support.

• Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls and recording messages.
• Complete reception‑related administration, maintain databases and provide assistance as required by the General Manager.
• Maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and liaise with Housekeeping to ensure standards are met.
