Receptionist
Boston: Monday β Friday, :am to pm, with a / hr break - excluding company holidays.
Maintain and adhere to corporate professional dress code and grooming standards Greet and welcome visitors upon arrival or over the phone
Maintain best-in-class telephone etiquette, customer service and hospitality at all times
Provide appropriate guidance to clients, guests and colleagues
Present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and client service- oriented demeanor at all times Provide assistance to walk-in clients by contacting one of the service reps or their manager, onsite Build a rapport with guests and be able to multi-task Register all incoming guests and notify party of guest's arrival immediately via email or phone
Provide visitors Access Control ID badges, as required, and record on Daily Badge Issue Log
