Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Greet and assist residents, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
+ Manage the front desk and maintain a welcoming reception area.
+ Assist with administrative and clerical duties, including filing, copying, and data entry.
+ Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
+ Provide support to various departments as needed.
+ Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information.
+ Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
