Responsibilities Welcome and greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival. Assist guests with inquiries regarding club amenities, services, and activities, providing accurate and helpful information. Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member. Provide support to food and beverage department, events, housekeeping, administration, maintenance, and other departments as needed. Manage restaurant bookings, including receiving, organising, and communicating reservations effectively. Update databases for local restaurants, guest houses, and other relevant establishments in the area for guest information.
