Position Overview

Looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual to join our school as a Temporary Customer Service Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the school reception and attend to visitors, parents, and enquiries.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Provide basic first aid to students and oversee the sick bay.
  • Maintain student attendance and incident records.
  • Coordinate goods deliveries and support general administrative duties.
  • Ensure the reception area is welcoming, neat, and well-organised.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of customer service, front desk, or administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Valid First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
