Looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual to join our school as a Temporary Customer Service Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the school reception and attend to visitors, parents, and enquiries.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Provide basic first aid to students and oversee the sick bay.
- Maintain student attendance and incident records.
- Coordinate goods deliveries and support general administrative duties.
- Ensure the reception area is welcoming, neat, and well-organised.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of customer service, front desk, or administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Valid First Aid certification is preferred.
- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
