Responsibilities - Handle karaoke room bookings, event enquiries and customer reservations via phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins
- Greet and welcome customers professionally and warmly
- Assist customers with room selection, promotions, membership enquiries and package recommendations
- Process and consolidate online food orders
- Arrange and schedule deliveries with third‑party delivery partners and drivers
- Assist with serving food and beverages during peak periods
