Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage reservations, bookings, and walk-in customers.
Coordinate table allocation and seating arrangements.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests efficiently.
Maintain a positive first impression of the restaurant.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow.
Manage phone calls and reservation requests professionally.
Monitor waiting lists and update guests on seating availability.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
Support management in maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
