POSITION SUMMARY

Welcome guests to the Fitness Center and Recreation facilities, providing a warm, professional, and attentive experience. Assist guests with locker and towel distribution, facility orientation, and general inquiries regarding available recreation facilities, activities, and services. Answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette and assist with reservations or guest requests as needed. Maintain an adequate supply of cups, water, towels, and guest amenities in recreation areas.

Wipe down fitness center machines and remove towels, trash, and debris from fitness center area. Maintain an adequate supply of cups and water in recreation area.
