+ Answering multiple phone lines with warmth and friendliness

+ Greet and direct visitors of the company

+ Monitor appropriate inventory levels and order, receive, stock and distribute office, kitchen and janitorial supplies as needed

+ Maintain copier and printer supplies

+ Process incoming and outgoing mail

+ Send and receive FedEX and UPS packages

+ Manage certified mail and mail courier service

+ Maintain cleanliness and order of conference rooms in the Insulectro building
