The post holder will be expected to rotate to various clinic areas and will work shifts according to the shift rota (ie. Tues – late shift on rotation from 12:00 to 20:00, rest of the days 08:15 -16:15/09:00-17:00/10:00-18:00)

The service is networked to the Royal London Hospital and the post holder will be mainly based at NUH/SLG site

The Specialist Medicine Division at the Royal London Hospital is looking for a full time enthusiastic and dynamic Band 3 Receptionist to join our multi-disciplinary team within HIV services.

The successful applicant will be responsible for checking in/checking out patients, booking further appointments, dealing with patient telephone calls and email queries. The post holder will provide an excellent “front of house” service, in a highly sensitive and confidential environment. You will act as first point of contact for patients arriving in the out-patient reception area.
