• Build a good rapport with all residents, resolve complaints and issues quickly.
• Ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out of students.
• Verify that all documents and payments have been received before a student’s arrival and that rooms are ready.
• Ensure welcome pack documents are completed on check‑in.
• Apply correct charges to student accounts on check‑out.
