    • About the Role  

    We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team at Julia Wallace Retirement Village as a Receptionist.This role is a fixed term, partime postion working Monday - Thursday 0900-1300 and Sunday 1000-1700. Starting 13 September 2026 to 05 April 2027 covering for parental leave. 


    In this role you will: 

  • Welcome all visitors and provide assistance and direction as necessary

  • Provide administration assistance including accounts and office/reception duties

  • Ensure a hospitable and helpful service to residents, relatives, visitors and staff
