Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Business Administration or related).
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, customer-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Ability to multitask and handle work under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, visitors, and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Admin departments for client concerns or document routing.
  • Prepare and encode reports, memos, or correspondence as assigned.
  • Assist in administrative duties.
