What You'll Do

+ Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies and in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.

+ Page employees who are requested by customer either in person or via telephone.

+ Transfer phone calls to appropriate parties promptly and accurately.

+ Take phone messages when needed and ensure they are received by the appropriate person.

+ Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.

+ Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom.

+ Other duties as assigned.
