Position Overview

YOUR SCHEDULE
  • 40 hours per week
  • Mon–Fri: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
  • Saturdays & Public Holidays: 8:00am – 3:00pm
  • 1 weekday off + Sunday off per week
What You’ll Do
  • Greet walk-ins and handle payments for physiotherapy clients and PT renewals
  • Manage physiotherapy bookings accurately
  • Answer member enquiries in person, over the phone, and via WhatsApp/email
  • Handle daily admin records, follow-up tasks
  • Be the first point of contact for member feedback and resolve issues calmly
  • Follow up proactively on outstanding customer issues and ensure resolution
  • Check in with members post-visit to gather feedback and maintain satisfaction
  • Keep the front desk running smoothly when the full-time team has signed off
