Position Overview

            
Screening telephone calls, enquiries, and taking messages

Guest liaison - meeting and welcoming visitors

Correspondence - dealing with incoming emails and post

Ensure that the reception area is kept neat and tidy at all times

Offer tea/coffee to guests

Ensure that guests are screened before opening security gate

 Data capturing

Ad hoc/Admin duties as and when required
