Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy hospitality or hotel environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Well‑spoken, articulate, and professional
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a pleasant disposition
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
